introducing tension and contrast,guiding cohesion, and allowing release.

and visual work while remaining responsive to the arena as it develops.
The structure exists within the progression of the night, separate from how
participants engage with it emotionally, physically, or personally.
THE ENVIRONMENT
SEMELE frames the venue as a dynamic performance environment where
music, sound, lighting, visual work, and space interact.
Each event moves through a structured progression throughoutthe night,
guided by the operator andadapted to the arena conditions.
THE EXPERIENCE
Participants maintain individual freedom to engage within their own comfort level.
Participation, at any level, is contributory rather than purely consumptive;
presence and engagement become part of the conditions shared with other participants and the operator,
making each night specific to those within it.
